Offshore Domain registrars Help Hello KWWH Friends i would like to know about offshore domain registrar that dont provide who.is info (like namecheap is doing now) i know katzglobl is one but is it safe and do they provide domain cpanel details or not second of all i would like to know that is xtraorbit.com safe for runing a warez related website as currently i have 1 website register overthere and is .eu and .biz consider to be offshore in terms of DMCA? i guess gift card will be a better option but dont know which doamin registrar accept gift card and also safe for warez
