i would like to know about offshore domain registrar that dont provide who.is info (like namecheap is doing now)
i know katzglobl is one
but is it safe and do they provide domain cpanel details or not

second of all i would like to know that is xtraorbit.com safe for runing a warez related website as currently i have 1 website register overthere

and is .eu and .biz consider to be offshore in terms of DMCA?

Every domain is owned by ICANN, a non-profit company located in California.
So there is no such thing as an "offshore domain".

There are some companies that provide safe domain registrations, meaning they will do everything to not release your info and/or get your domain seized.

This only happens in rare occasions. However, you can register domains at sites like prq.se "safely".

Anonymous hint:

• get a name and address (grab on whitepage if no ideas)
• find a socks proxy or vpn in accordance with state/country address
• register paypal with details
• let paypal aged ( 1 week or more)
• send paypal little bucks (20$ is enough, don't send more to avoid limited)
• buy domain from registrar that accept unverified (assumed namedotcom) and fill same details with paypal id
• don't add whois first on cart to get lowest price, fill with lowest price coupon code available.
• go to domain manager, select domain and add whois to cart if you want add whois protection
• fill with "freewhois" coupon to get it free
• even whois released, dont worry, its not you.
