Freeware AVI splitter

Hi mates.
I need a freeware avi splitter...
I searched and i found some programms which need crack or serial but i dont want them since i want to use it in rdp.
I need a freeware program which splits avi files. For example in an avi file i want to cut the 30 last seconds of the file etc...
Any suggestions?
