Yeah, no doubt. Just saying porn traffic with usual methods isn't really worth it.. But if you can generate lots of traffic from google, I would go with zynga/pinball. They pay $1.25 per install for having their toolbar gateway on site. Obviously, it doesn't work with traffic trading as other webmasters don't like it.

Go for another script, AVS isn't that good, i would suggest Adult Script Pro It's better because you can monetize it better. And you should upload your videos to your server, don't go for embed videos, they will disappear soon from your site and your visitors will not be happy. Make it as unique as possible, buy a custome theme and your visitors will come back the next day. Add as much content as you can! If you add HD content the more visitors you will have.

Do On-Page SEO before you launch the site, but do it good, check every keyword, search for keywords and add them, check for html errors and so on.

Whats the problem with embedded? If I was to upload my own videos, I would need a server with a massive HDD. The biggest I can find is 500gb an that is $99/ month. Would I be better off using embed links until The website is making a bit of money and I can afford to host my own server? I can't afford to risk much money as I am a uni student.

^^ You are right, if you can't affor a HDD now, then use embed to get you started. HDD and bandwidth are cheap.

Just normal SEO. You will find lots of info about it on generic seo forums, it's too much to write in one post. Basics is

1) Do keyword research and have your title and meta description right
2) Have good content (textual content matters a lot)
3) Get links to your page with the keywords you want to target

That is the general simple plan to gain traffic from google, regardless of niche. The main point being, research what people search for and make sure to be number one result for the keywords they enter into search engine, by optimizing your onsite content and getting backlinks that have your keywords as anchor text.

Your 2 largest enemies will be cost & legal issues.
How much the setup will cost is 100% up to you. You can find a script for free and use shared hosting and just hope for the best, or you can spend hundreds on having a script custom made and hundreds a month on a nice server and risk wasting it all if the site never takes off.


Legal problems can come within hours, days, months etc etc.
If the site ever does take off, you're hosting the files which in me opinion is a totally different ball game (legally).
