Chrome Error | Favicon Issue

Well I was using FireFox & Flock till now, but today morning, my FireFox crashed and I don't know the reason. I even Uninstalled it and installed a new fresh 3.5 Version, still it Freezes in the middle.
So I decided to try Chrome

Its fast & amazing. But only one problem.
The Animated Favicon's of site becomes static. For example, when I go to my site : http://tutsby.me it should have an Animated Moving Favicon, but it just shows up an Static Image (Not moving).

Does any other Chrome user faces the same problem ?
