Either through 'Edit files' in the dashboard or via FTP. Just edit the files in the themes directory not wordpress.

As far as i'm aware Javascript doesn't work with Wordpress from the box. So you have three options:

1.) Try this plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/...ascript-adder/

2.) Insert that code into your themes header.php.

3.) Send an email to: http://whos.amung.us/contact/general/ (whos.among.us support) And ask for a HTML version, Make sure to say your site URL and what widget you want.

My thought is that you may not be in the HTML tab on your Wordpress. Sometimes it is the simple things that are elusive.
