Reporting links in wordpress

Hey guys ,
i was surfing some sites yesterday and i saw some plugins has some url which says report dead links here , when you click on that it say thanks for reporting backup will be posted soon .
is that a plugin ? or how can you do that ?

Works a charm.. now to edit it to fit my theme and add a few more functions
