Which CPM network would you recommend for it?

I think about IDG TechNetwork (please tell me what payment method they use, and is it NET## ?)
Or underdogmedia
(not sure if they accept this kind of site)

IDGTECHNETWORK AND UNDERDOGMEDIA both use NET 30. I know for a fact underdogmedia will not accept a serial site, not sure about IDG. Remember Ad companies want to see content. Articles,etc

IDGtechnetwork does Checks.
Underdogmedia does Checks,Wire transfers and I believe paypal (not 100% sure)

Your second question is just increasing impressions. If the company you transact with has no problems with that, there'd be no problem there.

I have no idea what kind of company would deal with you, though.

The ultimate goal of an ad is to sell something. Ad companies deal with different kinds of websites on the basis of how much risk they'll be taking.

For high-quality and high-traffic websites, CPM makes sense to the ad companies - but they aren't paying for anything that is even close to a sale.

For most websites, CPC (per click) makes more sense, it's a moderate risk investment to the ad company for a moderate risk website.

For websites that are notorious for driving low conversion rates (this is warez/serial/adult): CPA/CPS is the standard as it is the lowest investment risk to the ad companies: they pay nothing unless they make money through a sale.
