Anymore is usually completely useless for an average gamer (or even a gamer with a high spec pc) due to the fact that most games always use less than 2GB. So you'd only really need it if using specialised software which hogs memory.
I'd say you wasted your money if you have more than 8, but it's pretty cheap these days anyway.Projects:
