CloudNXT.netDefinately Disagree Client has every right to post his ticket id on your sales thread,
It Helps in 2 Things for Seller
1. Free Bumps
2. When you reply with Solved or Pending it shows how active your support is.

Sensible marketing would mean that you don't look as though you don't provide support which is the impression given by people saying "look at my ticket" even though that ticket has only been open for an hour or less. This can also put off potential buyers because they too can think "pfft they hardly provide any support".
This is exceptionally unfair to those who do their best to provide a good service and it is ruined by peoples impatience, things take time to sort out not to mention that the person they are bothering also have their own lives to live.
I heartily agree that something needs doing about this.
A sales thread is not for complaints it is for sales hence the name sales thread.
1. Once they build a repuation for providing a good service bumping will not be needed and is a waste of time.
2. The support should be active regardless! If they can't provide proper support then frankly they should not be in business nor should they have a sales thread here (imho).

Don't Agree .. It's not just bumps, they also show to us that the support is not active, if much replies like you said.
"This is a bad host", and such replies is so important for us to know if the site is going scam.

Actually, Sales threads are what they are sales threads there is nothing hidden in that word "Sales Threads" <- see nothing, IF you do not get a reply within 2/3 days then fine fair enough, but 10 minutes ? Come on utter joke that is just people acting like kids using a sales thread as a forceful leverage.
