They SUCK! simple....You can log as many tickets as You want.Nick promise so much shit..and never comes trough.

I'm afraid when people are rude to the staff, we will not assist you.

I have a VPS with them and so far it's been great. A couple minor details about my Set Up, but other than that ,it's awesome.
Support staff is always there to help.

wrzhost is down so many times for me...what hapend

The main website has been down to some mayjor upgrades we are completing but none of VPS clients have been down since they have been setup.

I suppose if you are referring to the one time two months ago, the 3 customers were given replacement Virtual servers within 12 hours and refunded that month and discounted the next months payment + free upgrades.

Apart from that, I'm not sure you have the right host.
