Nick, ticket #117897 (mysql error) need your attention since 17 hours ago . You also need to correct the invoice. I'm using Directadmin, not whm/cpanel anymore.

Hmm, Not too sure why you have a MySQL Error, I think one of our Techs are already looking into this one for you. they will update you once they have fixed the issue.

Sure you have got the right company, we have not had downtime on our shared for a few months now apart from upgrades with is 30 mins max! We also warn the customer before any planned downtime.

If you abuse our services you will be suspended, thats not our fault!

I can not connect to mysql. ANyway, it's fixed. Invoice for control panel still not.
