I have tried so many hosters in the last 4 months...I was 3 months happy with gearserve but now they dont allow warez linking anymore.

So I need a very fast hoster for a WP-Blog with 2+ page views or up, which has also cpanel with seo addon. payment option : alertpay
location: everything, but not austria or germany
