To make the request login to the client area http://clients.hostgi.com/clientarea.php after logging in on the left hand side click on My Services then on the right hand side click on the image <img alt="" height="16" width="16"> then scroll to the bottom and click on Request Cancellation. then select Immediate or End Of Billing Cycle.

If your site has been Suspended and you would like access to cPanel to make a backup please submit a support ticket and your site will be unsuspended and you will be given 24 hours to make a backup.

That only applies to accounts that have been previously suspended due to non-payment, abuse related issues, etc..
