the header looks cool, especially the logo style and color combination.. but else is normal.. you need to improve it a lot..

Banner - Center the text and add a reflection or a graident to it to make it shine.
Forum - Nice icons etc..

Forum section icons are great.
theme is not too appealing but OK
I don't think registration rate will increase, if you put a notice "Welcome to Warez Now!". . IMO it should be removed

Text is OK.
but warning image dosn't feel good. It looks like you are not requesting but warning all your guest to get register.
