Point a gun at manager down to server's hosting place, ask him to remote it.
Easy and fastest way, you dont even need any kind of knowledge about computers

You done need to do that with their wife, simply track back the server IP and get a location of server firm, I`m sure you will find him/her there in business hours.

To fileserve: zoom uploader on us server (RDP) or through the browser (RDP).
To filesonic: FTP to ftp.us.filesonic.com (RDP).

Not quite who the 'other hosts' are you are referring to..
