If you want to get your servers shutdown quickly go to leaseweb, they don't like dmca, or abuse, if you violate it just a couple of times they will shut you down or ask you to leave. What do you plan on hosting, you think by running a company outside of the us, when your probably located in the us would protect you from laws, but your wrong, if you were to knowingly host illegal content you can be sued, or even put in jail.

I have checked everything regarding DMCA, My providers forward complaints and I just take down the content that isn't allowed.
