If your Proxy is BL you have to verify your Account, some Accs are even banned then. Visiting PP via diffrent Proxys/VPNs (BL or not) gonna result in a verification as well. Get a NBL vSock from your Country (not that expensive )
You have to verify your PP or 1500? is the limit, as i noticed really soon
Paypal should be Fake, but with valid Fake-Data.
NEVER use ur RL-PP or connect PP with RL-CC, you gonna be punished hard, if you are a big fish. PP give IPs and CC-Infos to the Police/Law, like np!

Well there is much, much more to know about Paypal, because it turned very hard to have a stable, good Account there and i can`t tell everything in one post. I know a few ways to get such a PP-Acc. which is anonym but stable (verified and not gonna be banned)!

But you still have the Problem: How to cash out PP! There are also a few ways i know, but this is defnitly the wrong Forum to talk about them!

And btw.: LOGGING VPN and you can scat on the rest!

But this all is really just important, if you are a big Music/Film Uploader!

If you make it very complicated (server in country A, VPN in country B, unverified paypal to pay everything) it will take very long to find you, and let's face it: uploading warez or movies is not the same as kiddy porn.. They won't do such a big effort i think..

Never heard of it. In the last time, i am active in another scene, where people _really_ have to care for their safety, if they dont want to go to prison for a few years (nothing to do with any kind of warez! i may u can guess). You may take Perfect-Privacy or Secretsline, they have a good reputation, especially PP.

Well it won`t. The weak point of every Uploader (who has not the money for a BD) is the payment procedure. Well in Germany Amateur-Uploaders who upload music from some German artists are busted so far and had to pay money (about 1-2k€). Effort depends always on your Stuff

One my friend, have a xxx blog from 2008. Uses paypal, and of course his real ID because it is necessitous to sending money from PP to Bank Account. (we are Slovakian both) He earned till now a really huge amount of money (he has house, car and so on from this) and he was never asked from Bank, that where he has the money from. And all his income to bank account is from "BOFA-LONDON".

This all is just BUBUBU.. no-one will punish you for uploading, even if you upload some movie with original audio, and make subtitiles in your language before premiere in your country. (as one Chinese guy, who uploaded movie "Wanted" (with Angeline Jolie) and made chinese subtitles, and upload it before first run in China.

Good luck with uploading and EnJoY your money till the police will knock at your door.

hehe, i know some of these guys too in my country. the problem is that laws are getting stricter every day and copyright owners are getting custom laws made in the USA.

I used to upload some small things for money as well a few times, but now i want to make a decent income from it since i lost my job recently.

I could always do it with a paypal linked ID, load warez on my own pc, repack them and upload them, but that's like asking for troubles.

I have a system in my mind that guarantees me that there is not one track on my own pc, nobody knows my real IP, all my vps are encrypted,..

It would be stupid to apply such a system if one link is weak: the paypal account.

The times of doing what you want in Europe are over, believe me..
