Multiupload is the best option IMO, however you should use the "Multiupload Batch Uploader" to prevent pending issues.

How do you upload to your own accounts using Batch Uploader?

Hello,

Multiupload serves as an extra backup. I wish it would upload directly to my MU account, but its only a backup and hardly ever gets reported.
