Requested page was not found, how may I fix the issue?

Hello,
I subimited downloads to Phazeddl but when i cliked on submited download they redirected me to my site but i got this....

An error has occurred!
Requested page was not found.

But when i tried this on pagewash. com it's showing perfect plz help me guyz

bro i don't think so that the problem is from phazeddl.....problem is may be in my website or in my webhost just want to confirm bcoz on pagewash.com everything is working fine....if problem from phazeddl then it'll not work on pagewash.com too

plz somebuddy help me ab8 this.....other ddl sites isn't showing any error while redirecting to my post only phaze ddl is showing An error has occurred!
Requested page was not found. while redirecting.....is this problem from phaze?if so then why is working on pagewash.com?
