Problems with Wordpress Thumbnails

Yesterday and today there were some problems with my server and just after that this problem happened.

When I am making a post I use the "Set Featured Image" option in WordPress.
The image gets uploaded and then I select the normal image (full size, nothing gets changed, size stays the same, just as I uploaded it) and the thumbnail gets generated by the theme that I am using.

The problem is that my thumbnails are shown wrong, or they aren't generated properly. Click on my signature and you will see on the first 2 posts... all of the other posts are ok.

I haven't changed anything, I still upload images the way I used to before the problems with the server. Image size is always around 715-725 in Width and 400-630 in Height. It depends on the image, and the thumbnail has always been generated properly.

Update:

Now I see that WP doesn't even generate any kind of thumbnails.
