which server location for FS,FSO,ORON?

i have tried USA server,fileserve and filesonic rock and oron sucks at 1mb
tried NL server,filesonic and oron rock but fileserve cant exceed 1mb

i tried EU germany sborg that gave good speeds for fileserve and filesonic and around 8mb for oron but i need RDP,is there any service provider and location that gives good upload speed for all 3?i tried few files on oron and response was good so i want to try oron and cant leave other 2
