servode.comTry installing this plugin -- http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/...age-sizes-zui/
Create a new image size and also run the plugin to make the images of the newly defined sizes
Now go to your post edit screen , you should most likely see the new image sizes their to attach to the posts..
Try it and let me know if it works or not...

Why not use CSS to resize the images?just create/add this to your css post.content
image:max-height=650px;
image:max-width=500px;
the syntax might not be correct as i took from the top of my head.do some research on the syntax.

@Mintcold
Tried the plug-in. The plug-in did add more image size options, but I can't select any of them..

@sceneguy, CSS won't do because it not all images are the same size, I need them to keep their aspect ratio so I need the auto image resizer, and the watermark plug-in as well as it is Original content.
I'm thinking my database maybe corrupt. Anyone know how to duplicate all the posts, post date, comments etc over to a new wordpress database? Or any other solutions?
I appreciate all those that have tried to help me so far

Easy, just download the posts at wp-admin/export.php and then hit the export button. Make a fresh database, install the plugins you want and then Import the downloaded file.

I'm here to report back that IT WORKS!
Thank you to everyone that gave me suggestions and pointers on this!
The solution is to EXPORT all posts,content and data via Tools > Export setting in Admin panel.
Make a new wordpress installation in a subdirectory (i used http://mysite.com/temp) and install, afterwards log into the Admin panel of the new WP and go to Tools > Import and import your data.
Then installed plugin Search-and-Replace and in the search box enter in the name of your subdirectory, in my case "temp" and in the next box where it says Replace with , leave it blank then hit GO.
That will change the url in your new database from http://yoursite.com/temp to http://yoursite.com again.
After that is done, use that new database file for your original wordpress site that is corrupted. The downside is you have to resetup the settings for your plug-ins but it was worth it to me, everything is working again!
