for wordpress, there is a plugin, it upload full backup or Db only to dropbox(your account) or mail to you...

If you are using wordpress -- either get wptwin (its paid) or use a free plugin for wp to schedule automated back ups -- http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/backwpup/
