yes filesonic can ban them because i said also that hacker uploads fake files, so he says: blabla dvdrip 2001, when u download it, its just a broken rar file created with fake file maker

It happens and the only solution is to make more content and get them indexed. Also next time make sure your site is not offline for more than 24 hours.
