    Filesonic has a crawler which detects all the links on the internet:
    http://www.filesonicsearch.com/ you can find any link here,and which gets a DMCA notice is deleted immediately.If you are able to hide your link from there you are safe.
    NOTE: That's my theory.(I am not sure whether I am right)
