I would ignore the foolish comments here and listen to the server tweaks, cache and plugin suggestions

I will suggest you too go with xsltel.com

As I am having like 18-20K Visitor Daily & didn't having any downtime with great support from hoster.

BUt why are u trying to move from existing hosting??? Is it memory going out of limit is that the error u receiving on site>?
