Logo is nice.
Theme is bad dude, change it. Using the themes provided by default is a bad idea.
About the idea, well, I remember starting a proxy list site with blogger like 6-7 months back and it was deleted because they sometimes consider such blogs spammy.

tnx mate , i guess i can manage to keep the site alive because i have seen a few buddies running proxy blogs for years without issues , i was working on the logo dint have time for skin anyway il work on the skin tomorrow need to make it the backround look darkish grey
