Please Note :

var AuReC_timeSet=15; ===> this is for your shout box refresh interval time in seconds.
var AuReC_autoLoad=true; ===> true or false...this is to load the script on webpage load or no...true for load & False for No.

Save your code in notepad before replacing with this one..If this doesn't work..you can replace it wid your current code.
Also check & make sure that I wrote your shoutbox link correctly..

Second Try...If above code doesn't work....Try adding <div> in first </div> in last

For example :

Can you explain me how does your shoutbox works...I mean..Do you have to click on refresh tab each time to see other people shout ?
Say like...I got on shoutbox and typed 1 text...then after a sec...typed 2nd...do you have to refresh to see 2nd one ?
