Default domain change

Hi there ,
Im planning to change my default domain name to a new one , my host ask me 80$ , its really strange ..

I resume what they said :

For the price, We'll charge you 50$ for this job.
The Domain will not be included. Deluxe Domain registration costs 30$ more. (with everything included).
So its 80$. Let me know if you wish to proceed.
It totally depends on the work. The Sql part needs to be edited. I cant say much about it but if you're looking for quality work many charge 60$ per HOUR. I dont know if you find someone for 10$ but if something goes wrong, you're in a trouble.
I just want to say it depends on the quality and amount of work. We make sure everything goes perfect when we do something else we generally dont. I hope you undestand.
