Short review:

Bought a VPS here yesterday. Service kinda reminds me of WebThosting service.
At first I started by requesting Kloxo be installed on my VPS. They said - no problem just click on it in the control panel and it'll install automatically.
Guess what - it doesn't.
After a bit of back and forth, service says they'll notify "the supervisor".
A few hours later, I have Kloxo installed.
Now I'm having issues getting the Nameserver registered with the VPS.
I've done this a gazliion times before, and never had any issues. Support here isn't very helpful and just keeps sending me links for the godaddy help site.
Long story short, just send a cancellation request as this is just ridiculous. Hopefully I'll also get a refund.

Edit: At least I got a refund (would have preferred support TBH).

Thanks for the review. Different client have different thought on us. Its fine.

Generally, Kloxo installation on Virtualizor panel having some bugs. But still I personally installed Kloxo for you. Now about the Nameserver, there is nothing to do with our VPS. There must be something wrong with your setting in Godaddy panel. This is unmanaged VPS. You cannot blame us for it. I advised you to use A name and CNAME record but seems you didn't use it. The links I gave you was just to guide you up.

We have refund you as promissed in our terms. Thanks for using our service.
