FILESERVE ALERTPAY TRANSFER PROBLEM

As you can see, i cashed out 25.53$ from fileserve and it seems like they sent money to my earnings account(Alertpay)... But i didnt get my money in my alertpay acc yet ..

I contacted Alertpay regarding this, they told me to contact fileserve.. It doesnt seem like the problem is with fileserve.... What should i do now to get my money ??? Help me plz
