Which video sites got better US/canada traffic?

I found that most of the file/ video hosts listing US, Canada, UK....etc as group A and pay more for those view counts!

But does anyone know which sites have more "group A viewers"? then I can post more of my videos there

er...... i tried some already....but it sucks!
I googled a lot, but they didn't give me good "view counts" and traffics.
most of them were from group D area sadly.

any forum or tv sites are good?
