payment method only via alertpay. It has to include cpanel as extra option. not in the price.

space: 10gb is enough
ram: 1-2gb

You will get only Cpanel for that price lol

a cpanel license costs around 10-15 usd.

inject0r I'm afraid that you wouldn't find any provider who will give you server with cPanel for that price. cPanel licence costs $35 without server, so you will need to have a much more budget than your current. Maybe you can find VPS for that money with cPanel. Good luck in your research.

Also, if you'd like to buy a cheap VPS with unlimited bandwidth at 1GBPS port, try with KnownSrv.
