DMCA works everywhere almost, just they have strong rules somewhere and some where don't. Even some russia data centers work with DMCA.

Leaseweb is not as much strict DMCA policy as compare to others,

what we can do is to allow you what you want to host, but if in case we receive any report you've to remove the content.

They are strict at phising and *********.

VPS's at 9xhost are great! They had my VPS up within an hour or so. The VPS's are fast and I'm sure they are not oversold if you are looking for a VPS provider then 9xhost is for you!

So if I were to host Indian mp3 songs, you would ignore the DMCA and let me keep the files since they are out of Netherlands?

Also, do you offer additional space in bulk? I see you are offering 150GB max? my requirement is 300GB for now. It might increase as the site grows. My RAM requirements are low since I use VPS for serving http only. For now I just push about 4TB a month.

MP3 songs are not really an big issue, just make sure you don't have any copyright issues of songs from netherlands.

Yes you can buy additional hardisk space, also you get un-metered bandwidth.
