    So what is wrong with the Accelero XTREME 5970 for $4.99+ shipping.

    Will definitely have better results than no fan. And that will be about the same as the $10 offered here.

    You can buy any cheap aftermarket passive cooler that will fit on your card, then buy a 120mm case fan and tie it with plastic straps to the passive cooler. It worked for a friend of mine.
