PayPal has determined the buyer should receive a refund. Due to the unique
circumstances of the claim, and your PayPal account history, we will refund
the buyer on your behalf. Your account will not be debited

What They Meant

he has -$1k balance and paypal saracastically said

"Your paypal account history says that we have to pay from our own pocket coz we knw u will not fund your account so no use putting a more negetive balance there"

Differs from what they use for , but i agree, PayPal is not always my best option =/ they charge excessively and act bosses on our head! =/ with our money.

Ha to be honest - I've both valid debit card and bank account attached so PP can deduct anytime they want. And I've a very positive balance

paypal really suckz that shut down my paypal account and force me to closed mypopular site verifypaypal.net , but thnx god i revive again . but i must agree to one thing paypal is still the best because they really refund from limited paypal too and i myself tested , but my recommended payment processor is OKPAY

They suck don't use paypal go for moneybookers or anything. Just don't use paypal.

moneybookers have bad 60 days holding policy.
