Can please someone tell me how can I detect the account or issue that is causing this overload? I use WHM and also have access via SSH. Turn the backups off for 1 day and see if the server still gets overloaded.

If yes in ssh run this command ater using top -c to see if it is mysql overloading site.

mysqladmin proc stat

Also are you the only one using the server?

Do not kill the process unless it is truly hung.

In ssh type this command and it will close and restart mysql properly.

service mysqld restart

If those are your 3 sites running on your server than you may have to change some of the mysql commands as it looks like you are uploading videos and pics and streaming videos back.

Its simply "Bad news" for you.

Just first make a note to them until your permissions they will not touch your server. otherwise they can already clean stated that they just replace your Server DISK. and after that you are responsible to manage it and live your sites again.

and during this time your sites is down.

So hire someone like before someone manage your server. so he will manage you everything like now.

/scripts/pkgacct username
and then download it from /home dir using sftp
