hmm why dont u try ovh dedis shahaz and franceservers have then there are not in us but in france and if u are lucky then u may get 1gbps but normally u get.100mb connection but tech specs are better than your requirments

i pay 120 e/m

but for my boudget (for the new vps)i can take only a 100mbit on ovh
