yea mine is offline for the last few days,being ignored by staff,requested a refund from my last billing date,weird thing is when i paid my last bill,its when all the shit started.ill give them 72 hours before i pp claim there ass.

Yup i figured problem i was out of town and staff dont have access to full admin panel so they cant credit or provide refund
