Title Format -appending keywords

HI... suppose i need to append a keyword at the end of all the posts in wordpress.... is it possible to be done though database commands ?

and also,,, if i need to add a keyword at the end of each title , will this work ?

<title><?php wp_title(''); ?>- Keyword</title>thanx
