Starting a new file hosting site

after looking at a lof the sites like filejungle and filepost they all seem to be the same site with a different look, so my question is if i wanted to make start a site like this is there a "canned" download I can start out with?

secondly since everyone here uses these to make money what would be the top things you would like a new site like this to do to for you to use the service to make money?

the most important things to have - stability (good servers)
good Remoteupload and FTPupload - money is not the issue as long as you
pay on time most people will be satisfied with some average rate
30 - 40 $ for 1000 dls for 500 mb - 1GB files PPD

I do not know aboutPPS never done that cause I am not a HD stuff or PORN

Plese don't open new filehosting... I think we all had enough of that, and it's really not worthwile, more and more filehost are closing or don't pay, and even those big ones are not stable.
Invest in something else, stable hosting company on KWWH would be a blast
