Hello Everyone,
All AlertPay emails are sent from an email address ending in “@alertpay.com”. Please be aware that some individuals send emails using AlertPay's branding and logo to defraud members and/or gain access to sensitive personal information.
If you receive an email that claims to be from AlertPay but was sent from a different domain or an email asking you to provide your password, transaction pin, or verify your account information, this email was not sent from AlertPay. Please forward these emails to spoof@alertpay.com.
Please visit our Security Center if you would like more information. Click here to visit our Security Center: https://www.alertpay.com/en/security.aspx. We place these warnings on our site for your protection.
In the event that you have provided sensitive information regarding your AlertPay account, please submit a ticket to "Security/File a Report", https://helpdesk.alertpay.com/index....kets&_a=submit, so we may further investigate this case.
