Just curious why not just a blacklist as the whitelist could be quite big.

I can name a few people who I've sold/bought off.

Lol no, This is just for the benefits of KWWH memebers, Hawk says hes gonna sticky it soon.
Also ive added a new list, for people that have one vote(for whitelist, one vote for blacklist gets you automatically added)
And ive also changed the min amount from $20 to $10
