Edit your FORUMHOME template.

Find:

Replace with

Code:

<title>Yoursite - Your Slogan</title>

To Remove the copyright search in languages and phrases next time, its much easier

In Phrase Manager, search for this phrase variable: x_powered_by_vbulletin

It defaults to:

{1} - Powered by vBulletin

Change it to:

Code:

{1}
