Cpanel problem ?

Hey guys ,
okay this is my frist time managing dedi on my own .
i can access WHM and everything , but when i go to serverip:2082 and enter details i have this error Internal Server Error

500

Could not fetch uid or gid for : root
cpsrvd/11.28.76 Server at

any hints ?

You cannot log into /cpanel as root, you can only log into /whm as root.

So if you want to enter as a root , use https://IP:2087 .

hmm , i tried the other usernames (from add package) but it keep saying wrong password .
