I think its a wordpress mate or custom script! i am afraid i can't open the website now but i'll do later

it's defiantly not wordpress.

maybe its owned by 1channel, because the script looks identical.. or someone did a very good job of cloning it.

But I think its custom coded

Its a custom script, I couldn't find any Wordpress base. Its made on html.
