Basically Im looking for a vps (preferable in EU) With a lot of dedicated ip's on it. The other specs really dont matter. If any can recommend me a place that would be awesome

How many IP's are you looking for?

Do you have justification for those IP addresses? ARIN requires IP justification on certain amounts of IP's.

in lot of vps provider...........when u in cart,there is a option to add extra IP's ...Basically each IP cost $1 / month
So u can get 20 IP's....for around $30 per month with other avg. features of the vPS
