problem in mount old hdd

I already mount /dev/sda5 (MY OLD HDD) to /oldhdd

but still when i run
" rsync -vrplogDtH /oldhdd/usr/local/apache/conf /usr/local/apache"

I am getting this error :

Also i checked my mounted folder.. there is only folders.. but i cant able to see any files...

So can anyone help me out whats the problem going on and how to fix it ?

i got mounted old hdd successfully now but still getting same error..
