ask people who post "reviews" a proof that they actually using the host .. and avoid those comment like if id have money ill buy one etc

Can we prevent any of this by somehow working out a good plan to solve this. There must be a way. It really is hard for new webmasters to find a decent host, which they know will not die next month.
